Bandon: Harvesting from Decays







With the coastline of 100km, Bandon bay is considered to be one of the largest bay within the gulf of Thailand. The bay is dominated by more than 9 estuaries, Tapi and Phumduang estuary are the most dominant. With its site character being relatively shallow, Bandon bay is very dynamic with the flows of water and high rate of sedimentation, and a very diverse ecosystem of wild species.

Site Research : Bandon Sea Lane


The initial research phase examines the common grounds of the shipping route in Bandon Bay.

The research maps out the physical information, including locations and axonometrics of the buoys and navigating symbols, the navigating logic and depths of the overall site.
