Renewable energy through "Sancti petri channel"

Spain is one of the country got 69 percent of its electricity generation technologies that produce zero carbon emissions — that is to say, renewable energy plus some of its nuclear power. Also as we all know, the Cadiz is a land of water resource which has been developing on these renewable energy for several years .So, that's  lead me back to the history of tidal mills in Cadiz. Tidal mills were the main industrial activity in the Bay of Cadiz during the 14th century up to the 19th century. Nearly ninety mills have been recorded in the Gulf of Cadiz. But specific in the Cadiz bay had a total of 21 mills, seven around the Isla de Leon and six on the inner border of the bay in Chiclana. After all, They were the last step in the production of salt and flour made by grinding grain. Nowadays the buildings of the ancient tidal mills are abandoned and there are no successful plans for their restoration for exploiting them in terms of the tidal power plants, there is only some interest in them being used for bird watching. Due to the industrial revolution and new technology,

INTRODUCTION TO THE CHARACTERISTIC OF
SANCTI PETRI CHANNEL

The Sancti Petri tidal channel is an interesting application of a tidal channel becuase it is a inflow-outflow canal that extends from the inner part of Cádiz Bay to the outlet in the Atlantic Ocean. It is 17 km long and connects to a number of secondary channels that, in turn, supply a vast tidal flat area. This is an important area because of the large popula-tion, economical activities (the seaports of Sancti Petri and Gallineras and the military shipyard of La Carraca are located within this tidal channel) and great ecological value.
This channel presents a central area of increased depth and shallow areas on both margins, the depth ranging from approximately 9 m in the former to 3 m in the latter and as the resesarch mentioned, tidal changes in cadiz has been incresasing moreever and over, From that difference of tide or dynamic behavior in the Sancti petri channel, there is a 2 progressive waves of the same period travelling in opposite directions and has the point of converging in the Vicario area which located in the area of marsh land in the center of the channel.

Therefore i propose a Renewable energy to create a connecting along Sancti petri canal
that comes from resources which are naturally replenished on a human timescale, such as tides , waves and wind which is the main characteristics of the reason of my selected site. while the 2 margins of inlet-outlet produce an affect to the highest point of tidal ,in the same i curious that these area could be a new connection system extends throughout the channel to stimulate somehow of the existing infrastructure.
